Our Work Is Guaranteed
The work identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) will be completed ON-TIME
and WITHIN BUDGET. Any additional consulting services required because we
failed to identify it in the SOW will be provided free of charge.
You can terminate our work with a 48 hour notice if for any
reason you are not satisfied.
Thirty
percent (30%) of all billable consulting services (net of expenses) will be
"held" (identified in the invoice but not due for payment) in a CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ACCOUNT - you decide
at the conclusion
of the engagement if we have earned any or all of this amount.
